1. Hizmetin Kapsami

Astrovia Astrology, bilgilendirme, eglence ve kisisel farkindalik amacli astroloji icerikleri sunar. Ilk production yayini oncelikle Turkiye kullanicilarina yonelik planlanmistir.

2. Hesap ve Erisim

Uygulamanin bazi bolumleri hesap olusturma ve oturum acma gerektirebilir. Kullanici, hesap bilgilerini dogru tutmaktan ve giris bilgilerini korumaktan sorumludur.

3. Sorumluluk Siniri

Icerikler tibbi, hukuki, finansal veya profesyonel tavsiye yerine gecmez.

4. Kullanici Yukumlulukleri

• Hesap bilgilerinin guvenligini korumak
• Hizmeti hukuka aykiri sekilde kullanmamak
• Uygulamayi kotuye kullanmamak, diger kullanicilara veya altyapiya zarar vermemek

5. Hesap Islemleri

Kurallara aykiri veya kotuye kullanim durumunda hesap erisimi gecici ya da kalici olarak sinirlandirilabilir.

6. Hizmet Degisiklikleri

Uygulama Sahibi, hizmetin ozelliklerini, iceriklerini, teknik altyapisini veya ulke kapsamini makul oldugu olcude guncelleyebilir, degistirebilir veya sonlandirabilir.

7. Uygulanacak Yaklasim

Ilk rollout Turkiye odaklidir. Turkiye kullanicilari acisindan bu kosullar Turkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku dikkate alinarak yorumlanir; ancak zorunlu tuketici kurallari uygulanmasi gereken hallerde oncelik tasiyabilir.

Astrovia Astrology provides astrology content for informational, entertainment, and self-reflection purposes. The initial production rollout is planned primarily for users in Turkey.

2. Account and Access

Some parts of the app may require account registration and sign-in. Users are responsible for keeping their account details accurate and their credentials secure.

3. Limitation of Liability

Content does not constitute medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

4. User Responsibilities

• Keep account credentials secure
• Do not use the service for unlawful activities
• Do not misuse the app or interfere with other users or the supporting infrastructure

5. Account Actions

Access may be restricted, suspended, or terminated in case of abuse, misuse, or policy violations.

6. Service Changes

The App Owner may reasonably update, modify, discontinue, or limit parts of the service, including features, technical infrastructure, or country availability.

7. Governing Approach

This initial rollout is Turkey-first. For users in Turkey, these terms are interpreted with reference to the laws of the Republic of Turkey, while any mandatory consumer protections that apply remain unaffected.
