1. Kapsam

Astrovia Astrology ilk production asamasinda oncelikle Turkiye kullanicilarina sunulmak uzere planlanmistir. Hizmet ileride farkli ulkelere acilabilir; bu durumda bu politika guncellenebilir.

2. Toplanan Veri Kategorileri

• Hesap verileri: e-posta adresi ve oturum/kimlik dogrulama bilgileri
• Profil verileri: ad, dogum tarihi, dogum saati, dogum sehri, tercih ve dil ayarlari
• Cihaz ve teknik veriler: bildirim tokeni, uygulama hata/diagnostic olaylari, temel teknik loglar
• Destek verileri: uygulama icinden gonderilen iletisim veya destek mesajlari

• Hesap olusturma, oturum yonetimi ve guvenlik kontrolleri

4. Hukuki Dayanak ve Haklar

Turkiye kullanicilari acisindan veri isleme, duruma gore acik riza, sozlesmenin ifasi, mesru menfaat veya hukuki yukumluluk sebeplerine dayanabilir. Kullanici, uygun oldugu olcude verilerine erisim, duzeltme, silme ve isleme hakkinda talepte bulunabilir.

Mevcut operasyonel yapiya gore uygulama veritabani Turkiye'de, uygulama sunucu/uygulama isleme katmanlarinin bir bolumu ise Hindistan lokasyonlu altyapilarda calisabilir. Kimlik dogrulama, bildirim veya benzeri destek servisleri kullanan ucuncu taraf saglayicilar verileri farkli ulkelerde isleyebilir.

Kisisel veriler uygulanabilir hukuk kapsaminda korunan bir bolgeden baska bir ulkeye aktarildiginda, Uygulama Sahibi uygun oldugu olcude gerekli korumalari kullanmayi hedefler. Bu korumalar, uygulanabilir duruma gore Standard Contractual Clauses benzeri uygun veri aktarim guvencelerini icerebilir.

6. Ucuncu Taraf Servisler

Uygulama; kimlik dogrulama, push bildirimleri, barindirma ve teknik isletim ihtiyaclari icin Google Firebase ve benzeri ucuncu taraf servislerden yararlanabilir.

7. Saklama Sureleri ve Guvenlik

Veriler hizmetin sunulmasi, yasal yukumlulukler, guvenlik ve uyusmazlik onleme ihtiyaclari boyunca saklanir; artik gerekli olmadiginda silinir, anonimlestirilir veya erisimden cikarilir. Veriler makul teknik ve idari onlemlerle korunur ancak hicbir internet aktarimi mutlak guvenlik garantisi vermez.

Gizlilik, veri kullanimi veya hesap islemleriyle ilgili talepler icin uygulama icindeki "Bize Ulasin" bolumunu kullanabilirsiniz.

• Device and technical data: push token, diagnostics, and basic technical logs
• Support data: messages submitted through in-app contact or support flows

• Account creation, session management, and service security
• Providing personalized astrology content and app experiences
• Push delivery, troubleshooting, and service improvement
• Responding to user support requests

4. Legal Bases and User Rights

Depending on the context, processing may rely on consent, contractual necessity, legitimate interests, or legal obligations. Users may request access, correction, deletion, or similar rights where applicable under the relevant law.

5. Hosting and International Transfers

Based on the current operational setup, the primary database may be hosted in Turkey, while parts of the application/server processing layer may run on infrastructure located in India. Third-party providers used for authentication, notifications, hosting, or similar support functions may process data in other countries.

When personal data is transferred across borders from a legally protected region, the App Owner aims to use appropriate safeguards where required by applicable law. These safeguards may include Standard Contractual Clauses or comparable transfer mechanisms where relevant.

6. Third-Party Services

The app may rely on Google Firebase and similar third-party providers for authentication, notifications, hosting, and technical operations support.

7. Retention and Security

Data is retained for as long as reasonably needed for service delivery, legal compliance, security, and dispute prevention, and is later deleted, anonymized, or restricted when no longer needed. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
